Abstract

Marketing is a process of activity activities channeling products from producers to consumers who have developed so rapidly and has menajdi spearhead for every company in order to achieve goals. All organizations require marketing to achieve goals and objectives, so companies need a competitive strategy to increase sales The concept of sales is a management oreantation that assumes that consumers will do or not purchase a company's products based on consideration of real efforts made to evoke Or encourage interest in the product. To know marketing strategy in increasing sales at CV. Lestari Motorindo. Based on research conducted at CV. Lestari Motorindo then score value obtained from external factor is 2.8 and score value of internal factor is 2.7 which is in Growth Stability hence can be linked in Swart Matrix to do strategy which have been determined as with existence of opportunity hence power and with The existence of the threat then the emergence of weakness.
