Abstract
This research explores how Katniss Everdeen is portrayed as a feminist figure in The Hunger Games movie trilogy (2012–2015). Drawing on the perspectives of intersectional and radical feminism, this research examines how Katniss challenges patriarchal power structures, class oppression, and media manipulation. Her character exemplifies the multifaceted complexities of female resistance, where personal survival, moral defiance, and collective struggle intersect. The findings suggest that Katniss functions as both a symbolic icon and a conscious agent who subverts systems designed to control her. Through cinematic narrative and visual symbolism, she asserts autonomy in a world that seeks to silence her.
