Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna terhadap website sekolah. Website sekolah yang diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah siswa dalam mencari informasi yang berkaitan dengan sekolah dan SMA Negeri 1 semendawai suku III kabupaten oku timur yang dijadikan sebagai tempat penelitian.Untuk melihat pemanfaatan website perlu dilakukan pengukuran untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dengan model yang digunakan adalah Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).Menggunakan keempat konstruk utama UTAUT yaitu 1) ekspektasi kinerja (performance expectancy), 2) ekspektasi usaha (effort expectancy), 3) pengaruh sosial (social influence), dan 4) kondisi fasilitas (facilitating conditions).dan untuk mengumpulkan data akan dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap pengguna website yaitu seluruh siswa-siswi dan guru SMA Negeri 1 semendawai suku III kabupaten oku timur dan hasil akhir yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini berupa analisa data pengukuran website yang sesuai dengan model kepuasan UTAUT.
