Abstract

Name: Wardiah Maryanti, S. Pd. NIM. 202510029. Obstacles in managing mathematics learning through online mode during the Corona Virus Disease - 2019 abbreviated Covid – 19 pandemic in public junior high schools. The purpose of writing is to fulfill one of the requirements for obtaining a master of management. Data were taken from interviews with parents of students who were taken randomly with different statuses (widowers, widows and complete parents), subject teachers, and students at SMPN 34 Palembang. Data were analyzed using qualitative research methods. The results of the research conducted are that it is important for all teachers to carry out an in-depth introduction to the economic conditions of all the students they teach so that they can properly manage online mathematics learning in the midst of the co-19 pandemic. It can be concluded that technically the obstacles in managing online learning for junior high school students can still be overcome. Even though it's not perfect yet.
