Abstract

The success of the company can be realized through the effectiveness of management performance and the ability to maintain the continuity of the company and maximize profits. The fundamental goal of the company is to maximize the welfare and wealth of the owners, which is reflected in the rising share price. This goal can be realized if the management of the company is carried out effectively and efficiently and is supported by regular cooperation between various departments of the company. This research uses the object of research consisting of the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which is still on the list of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. The results of the t test for the variable Cash Turnover affect Profitability. This is evidenced by the significance levels of 0.001 < 0.05. The results of the t-test for the variable Receivables Turnover have no effect on Profitability. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.251 > 0.05. The results of the t test for the variable Inventory Turnover have an effect on Profitability. This is evidenced by the significance levels of 0.026 < 0.05. The results of the t test for the Working Capital Turnover variable affect Profitability. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the t test for the variable Net Profit Margin affect Profitability. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In this study, it is concluded that the success of a company can be achieved through the effectiveness of management performance and the ability to maintain business continuity and maximize profits. However, not all factors have the same impact, such as receivables turnover which has not proven to have a significant effect. This confirms the importance of efficient and effective management in managing various aspects of the company's operations in order to achieve the company's main goal, which is to maximize the welfare and wealth of owners, which is reflected in rising share prices
