Abstract

Whistleblowing is still very rarely carried out in an organization, considering the many risks that whistleblowers may face. Therefore, it will be very difficult to know the actions that occur in an organization. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the intention of KONI South Sumatra employees to carry out whistleblowing. The research population was all 40 employees of KONI South Sumatra, while the sample was 32 people who were selected using a non�probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The research method is quantitative research. Data were collected using a Likert scale, with data analysis techniques using linear multiple regression using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study show that the organizational support variable has a positive and significant influence on employees' intention to whistleblowing, while personal costs, organizational commitment and obedience pressure does not affect violation reporting.
